After searcing the web for some time in search of a good JavaScript graphical scrollbar, I came across http://www.dyn-web.com. Not only does it have JavaScript for scrolling divs, but it also has JavaScript tool tips, rotating images, random image display, and a clickable font sizer. The 2008 version of the code has been streamlined and new features have been added, such as mousewheel support, unobtrusive event handling, accessibility features, and dynamic update capability.
